Superintendent donates Penny Swap stipend to Lee Elementary

Superintendent Juan E. Cabrera played Santa Claus on Wednesday when he showed up to Lee Elementary with a special gift: his entire Penny Swap holiday stipend to help help buy more coding robots for students.
