• MISSION STATEMENT:

The Records Management Office will assist campuses and departments to comply with records retention requirements through training and consulting.

    What we do:

The RMO will provide records management services to campuses and departments by storing records, destroying records after they have exceeded their retention period, and assist District personnel to determine retention periods. The RMO staff maintains the security of records from deterioration, theft or damage during the period of storage and to permit timely, efficient retrieval of those records from the archives warehouse. All records, in any format, will be efficiently managed and preserved to meet legal, financial, auditing and administrative needs of the El Paso Independent School District.

Records Management Office (RMO), previously located at Butterfield, has relocated to the James Gamble Service Facility, 4900 Transmountain/Woodrow Bean. RMO staff may now be reached at 230-3150. Please fax a request for records to 230-3139.
