Our School

Hillside Elementary School was built in 1951 and a dedication ceremony was held on Sunday, February 25, 1951 at 3:30 in the afternoon. Our school graduated its first class of 40 seventh grade students in May of that year.  Fathers of Hillside children formed the “Hillside Fathers' Association” with a goal of having fellowship and to assist P-TA and school staff on school and community problems.
