    The mission of the Maintenance, Buildings & Grounds Department is to direct and manage the maintenance operations of the district's facilities, grounds, and provide students with a physical learning environment that is safe, clean, attractive and functional.

    Department Goals:

    • A quality workforce that are trained, flexible, and willing to provide exceptional customer service
    • Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and/or policies
    • A structured work order process that documents work to be done, timeline for performance, and departmental efficiencies
    • Effective and efficient use of utilities
    • Fiscally responsible use of District resources
    • Respect, maintain, and protect District assets
