Your deductible for all plans will reset in January each year.

For those of you who took the time to complete your enrollment, Employee Benefits thanks you for your participation. For those who did not participate in the Open Enrollment, most of your benefits will roll over as is in January.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) do not roll over and must be elected each year.

If you would like to view your benefit summary, you can do so at any time by logging into ffga.benselect.com. Your User ID is your employee ID # or social security #. Your pin is the last four digits of your social and the last two digits of your birth year for a total of six digits.
