Sandra Rocha, Ed.D.

Dr. Sandra Rocha served seven years as an assistant principal at El Paso High before being promoted to principal, taught secondary science and was a testing coordinator at Bassett Middle School. Prior to becoming an educator, Rocha worked as a probation officer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and sociology, and master’s and doctoral degrees in educational administration and leadership all from UTEP.
