5/1 Senior Graduation Gown Panoramic Picture 9am
5/1 Senior Parade walk to feeder pattern elementary schools. This will take place immediately after the panoramic picture. You must be in both your cap and gown and have a signed permission slip in hand to board the bus.
5/4 Prom at Epic Railyard 8pm-12am

5/14 Year book signing party tickets will be sold to attend this event
5/15-20 Senior Final Exams (senior exams are taken earlier in order to complete graduation activities the last two days of school.)
5/15 Senior Clearance forms picked up 8am-9am in main lobby with your counselor
5/15 Senior awards @ 6pm in the PAC
5/20 Senior Graduation Clearance forms Due to your counselor
5/21 Graduation Rehearsal 10 am in the PAC
5/22 Senior Carnival 10am-2pm in the PAC
5/24 Graduation Commencement Ceremony at UTEP Don Haskins 2pm
(Graduating seniors need to meet at the Don Haskins by 12:30pm; Tickets are NOT required. All family and friends are welcome to attend the ceremony)
5/24 Project Graduation will be at Western Playland 10pm-3am (No entrance after 11:30pm). This is a free last celebration with your peers. Some food and beverages will be provided free, additional options will be made available for purchase. Seniors may bring additional guests for $30 (Cash only). Guests MUST enter with graduate. Tickets will be available at Western Playland for purchase.

May 4th – Special Olympics Parade in the halls of Austin during 4th period

May 23- Fine Arts Concert in the PAC
May 24- Senior Panoramic Picture- Must be in your gown (no cap) at 8:15 in the front of the school

Early Release
Seniors you must have all financial obligations cleared by this date
May 28- Holiday (Memorial Day)

May 31- Graduation Rehearsal in the PAC **MANDATORY*** 9:00 am
You must attend the rehearsal or you will not participate in the graduation ceremony.
Senior Carnival 11-2pm – Lower field –You must have attended the Graduation Rehearsal to attend
April 23-May 4- Prom King/Queen advertising and sign up (Sign up with Ms. Gonzalez in the Junior Gym)- You may begin putting up posters/flyers during this time.
May 9th- ALL Prom king/queen advertisements MUST be down.
Prom King/Queen voting-
Voting will be at the door the night of Prom. King and Queen will be announced at Prom.
