EPISD Staff Vaccine Registration

  • Thanks to the generous partnership with various community providers, all EPISD employees now have a dedicated registration portal for the COVID-19 vaccine. 

    Registration through this site is for EPISD employees only. All information is confidential and secure. Please do not register here if you have already secured an appointment elsewhere.

    It is very important that you list a daytime phone number where you can be reached. UMC will call to set up appointments. Please do not call UMC. 

    If you have previously tested positive for COVID-19, you must be asymptomatic and have completed quarantine to receive the vaccine.
