(PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CENTER – May 18, 2023) – The El Paso ISD Council of PTAs swore in their 2023-24 officers Wednesday, May 17, and honored award winners during the organization's annual installation luncheon.  

The new officers are: Caroline Manning, president; Liz Bryan, secretary; Angelica Rodriguez, treasurer; Lisa Schoenbrun, first VP membership; Andrea Gates-Ingle, second VP programs; and Jenny Solo, third VP advocacy. 

The council recognized Coronado High School, which received the Outstanding PTA of the Year Award. Franklin received the Volunteer Award for logging in 2,509 volunteer hours. Polk Elementary School won the Superintendent's Award for 100% participation from teachers and staff.
