• By way of introduction, my name is Francisco J Ordaz.  I have the distinct honor of serving as the Principal of CCTA/Delta and Raymond Telles Academy.  As a life-long El Pasoan, I attended public schools and graduated with a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the University of Texas at El Paso.  I started my career with EPISD in 2000 as a Special Education teacher and became an Assistant Principal in 2010.  I served as Interim Principal at Bowie High School from February 2017 until i was named the Principal in December 2017 and left to start this new assignment in July 2022.

    As an individual who has experienced public school in El Paso, Texas as a student, parent, teacher and leader, I understand and recognize how the hard work and dedication of all the faculty, staff administration and community have helped CCTA/ Delta and Raymond Telles Academy students-thank you for your continued commitment to students.

    CCTA/ Delta and Raymond Telles Academy will continue to set high expectations for all of our students, faculty, staff and Administration and will work on different initiatives to ensure we provide the best education so that ALL of our students can graduate with College, Career and or Military Prep.  As the Principal of these campuses, I am committed to continuing to uphold those high expectations and implement key initiatives or changes to adjust to the needs of ALL of our students. 

    I look forwared to working with everyone to ensure that ALL students at CCTA/ Delta and Raymond Telles Academy are successful.
