Richard Webb has served at El Paso Community College for over 15 years. He began his career as a part-time instructor in Continuing Education for Culinary Arts. As a full-time instructor, he served as the Program Coordinator for Culinary Arts and developed the state of the art facility in which the culinary Arts program now resides. He also served on various community committees, including El Paso County Health Department, the Emergency Response Committee (Hurricane Katrina), and worked as the President of the El Paso chapter of the American Culinary Federation (several terms). During this time, he was also actively involved in a variety of college committees. Dean Webb graduated from Kaplan University with a Baccalaureate in Business Management and from Webster University with a Masters of Business Administration. He has been recognized with several awards and holds the title of Certified Culinary Educator.
