ETS Go Center

  • Welcome to Bowie High School’s ETS Go Center Information Page.

The Educational Talent Search Program is dedicated to creating, promoting and supporting a college-bound culture in the south-side El Paso community.

The Educational Talent Search (ETS) Program is funded by the U.S. Department of Education and sponsored locally by the University of Texas at El Paso and provides college, career, and financial aid information to high school students each year.

ETS identifies students who demonstrate an interest or desire to attend college and provides them with the motivation and support to enroll in a program of postsecondary education (college, university, technical or vocational school) after high school graduation.

The Educational Talent Search Program (ETS) assists qualified youth, who have the desire and potential, to graduate from high school and undertake a program of post-secondary education. ETS provides guidance, access and information on the processes of college admissions, financial aid and scholarships available for post-secondary study. ETS exposes students to the college environment with college visits, cultural enrichment activities and opportunities for character and leadership development. The ETS Program motivates students from Guillen Middle School, Henderson Middle School, Bowie High School and Jefferson High School to complete their education.
