My name is Edwin Barber, and I am the Principal at Western Hills Elementary. I have fifteen years of educational experience, eight of which have been as an Administrator. My success as an Administrator came from building positive relationships with all stakeholders, and I look forward to continuing that here in the Western Hills community.
