    My name is Sophia Fierro, and I am excited to join the Zach White Cowboy Family, as your new principal.  I am blessed to be part of this amazing community and look forward to working with all of you.

    I have been an educator for 22 years.  During my tenure, I have served as a bilingual teacher, instructional specialist, coordinator, and assistant principal.  Most recently, I served as a principal in the Ysleta Independent School District. 

    My goal is for all our stakeholders to work together to provide our students with an exceptional learning experience.  Our students come first and everything we do is in their best interest.  Our school will continue to be the place where they love to come every day because it is safe, nurturing, and welcoming.   It is where they will grow academically and socially emotionally.
