    • Network Cabling Network/ Cabling Infrastructure Updates - replacement of all fiber and copper (CAT) cabling.  Providing faster speed and greater capacity for wired and wireless connections. – Franklin HS, Bowie, Chapin, Lundy, Herrera, Tom Lea, Rivera, Guerrero, Kohlberg, Polk, Zach White, Green Mesita, Tippen, Western Hills, Barron, Nixon, El Paso High School, Austin High School

        • Infrastructure – Cabling Franklin HS
        • Infrastructure – Priority cabling refresh for ERATE – elementary campuses
        • Wireless Connectivity – High School WAP Upgrade - cabling
    • Telecommunications CS1K Migration Complete district wide telephony migration to unified communications. (Aoy, Brown, Herrera, Tom Lea, Lundy, Moye, Powell, Western Hills, Magoffin)
    • Included project by title: Infrastructure – Telecommunications CS1K Migration
    • Communications Manager/ Secure Entry-elementary campuses- Provide a secure front entry for campus. Including access control, surveillance, and video phone for front office communication.
    • Network Equipment upgrades- replace core network equipment at all campuses to provide faster speed and greater capacity for wired and wireless connections.

    • Communications Upgrade Replace core radio communications system for Police Services.
    • Teacher Laptop Refresh Replacement of all teacher laptops
    • Middle School Laptops – PowerUp 1:1 device initiative for all district 6, 7, and 8th grade students. 
    • Neighborhood WIFI Extend internet services to areas of need within the EPISD community.
