Immunizations for 2022 - 2023: Please go to the "Required immunizations" link from the menu at left to see most recent immunization requirements for incoming students.
Parents of student with medications, allergies, asthma or other health needs: All forms must be updated for the 2022 - 2023 school year. New forms must be signed by a Texas doctor and dated July 2022 or later. Forms signed prior to July 2022 and forms from the 2021 - 2022 school year will not be accepted.Questions? Call 915-236-5759 and ask for the nurse during the new school year. A nurse will not be on duty over the summer.
