• New E-Bid System and Vendor Registration

    The El Paso Independent School District (EPISD) Purchasing Department utilizes and electronic e-Procurement system called E-BID. This web based system includes an electronic process for vendor registration and electronic bidding.

    Supplier/Vendor Registration

    The electronic Supplier Registration program is available and will allow potential and existing suppliers wishing to do business with EPISD to register online through the login site. All vendors/suppliers (regardless of whether they are currently awarded or registered or not) will need to register on our e-bid site.

    Vendors are responsible for maintaining their information on the EPISD e-BID system. Any changes in information are the responsibility of the vendors.

    Notification and Online Bidding

    All vendors registered on E-Bid will automatically receive e-mails when solicitations are issued for the particular commodities of interest and they will be able to access and submit solicitation responses through the E-BID system. Vendors will be able to submit their bid responses online.
