• Letter of interest
• Resume must include:
  • Exact dates (mm/yyyy) of teaching and coaching
  • Current certification(s)
  • Degree(s)
• Affidavit Form

Send all required documents to the staffing assistant listed in the job posting below. Those applying for more than one position must submit separate letters of interest, resumes, and affidavits for each position. These documents will be submitted to the interviewing committee.
