• 1 Hour of instruction 1 day present for the week
• 2 Hours of instruction—2 days present for the week
• 3 Hours of instruction—3 days present for the week
• 4 or more hours of instruction—4 Days Present (if the week is a 4 day week)
• 4 or more hours on instruction—5 Days Present (if the week is a 5-day week)

Absences

• 1 Hour missed instruction—2 Absences for the week
• 2 Hours missed instruction—3 Absences for the week
• 3 Hours missed instruction—4 Absences for the week
• 4 Hours missed instruction—5 Absences for the week
