WHAT WE DO  

The Project Management Office ensures alignment between project planning and stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes per the Department's mission and EPISD's vision. It actively seeks funding through the e-Rate program to enrich EPISD's educational resources. In the IST division, the IST Project Management Office (ISTPMO) is a central point of contact for tech-related projects aligned with objectives. Staffed with three Project Coordinators, the ISTPMO enhances processes, project prioritization, and resource allocation.

The ISO's primary focus is to develop, maintain, and audit a robust security management system tailored to the district's specific needs.
