The El Paso Independent School District Division of Technology provides support for connectivity to over 85 sites that include schools and administrative buildings in the district. This includes Wi-Fi and network connectivity for our 1:1 initiative for student laptops and iPads. Information Security & Technology also supports all computing devices and peripherals at these facilities. We support the computer applications that collect demographics, attendance, grading, and associated data for the district’s over 49,000 students. Additionally, we support ERP/SIS applications and have a development staff that creates in-house applications for managing the organization with nearly 8,600 employees.
