Any district-wide campus website post requests should come from the Community Engagement Office. If you receive any requests from other departments or programs, please forward the request to our office at gwarren@episd.org. This allows us to send instructions on how and where to post information in order to keep all websites consistent and clean.
Best practices when posting documents (this will make the info on your page easy to navigate and user-friendly):
- Keep the title short
- If you have several related documents, please post them all together on one page as links
- Please only post files in pdf format, do not post anything as a Word document or any other native program that not all users may have
- Please keep your dropdown menu down to no more than 7 items
- Alphabetize all items on your menu
